David Searns has been Co-CEO of Haley Marketing since 1996, a digital and recruitment marketing services firm providing strategy, web development, digital marketing, branded content, recruitment marketing, and marketing technology to the staffing industry. He has been obsessively bringing new marketing ideas to the staffing industry and helping to make world-class marketing affordable for small to mid-sized temporary staffing and executive recruiting firms. He is also a small business owner with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School and BS in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University.
